Also present: Mary Brewster, Library Director; Kevin and Stacy McRae, Accountants.

The minutes of the Board meeting of November 19, 2009 were approved as written.

Motion 1: It was moved by E. Hauser and seconded by L. Gunderson that bills in the amount of $37,852.28 be paid.

Discussed two staff members pregnancies and how to deal with their absences.

Discussion of furnace problems. It was recommended to get a couple of quotes.

Discussion of AFLAC insurance – issues and problems. Will decline.
