The minutes of the Board meeting of April 16, 2009 were approved as written.
Motion 1: It was moved by L. Gunderson and seconded by P. Stemmley that bills in the amount of $28,861.29 be paid.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Motion to enter executive session at 9:20 p.m. made by Cheryl McMillen and seconded by Loren Gunderson in order to discuss personnel issues associated with the Library's Friday operating hours.
Returned to open session at 9:40 p.m.
Motion 2: It was moved by P. Beiermann and seconded by P. Stemmley that we change Friday hours back to a 7:00 p.m. closing, effective June 5, 2009.
